Our Starfish Team

It’s our Amazing Staff at Starfish Lane Kids that make it such a special & unique place.
Creating an environment that is secure, educational and fun requires fully qualified safeguarded staff. Consistent and regular development training, attention to detail, great facilities and equipment and, of course a dedicated professional and motivated management team behind the scenes who love what they do. Our staff are CPR trained and we have a registered nurse at each of our Starfish Lane Kids branches.

Professional Development Programme

Additional to our amazing qualified and Safeguarding Staff,
Starfish Lane Kids continuously offers ongoing development trainings to our team.

Our CEO and Curriculum Manager are a source of great knowledge and expertise and offer workshops which are part of our Staff Development Training. We pride ourselves on the high quality educational curriculum and the wide range of enrichment activities offered at Starfish Lane Kids. Our staff have continued Professional Development through regular development trainings both in-house and online.

Meet Some of Our Team

Starfish Lane Kids recruits some of our amazing Teachers from Overseas, like Ms. Ellie from Scotland. All our Teachers across all our branches are all Qualified in the Early Years and have a strong background working with little kiddos.

Nutritionist

Our Nutritionist assists in coordinating our Kids in the Kitchen Programme. She has a special training in Health and Nutrition so your little ones get the benefits of healthy eating!

Nurses

Our fully trained nurses are there to help your children when they fall or generally feel unwell. They maintain a high health standard for Health & Safety in the Early Years (Australian Guidelines Edition 5).
