The Health and Safety of children that attend Starfish Lane Kids is our primary concern and we take it very seriously. Each branch has a certified nurse, safeguarded staff and a dedicated fire warden. All the Starfish ladies have undergone extensive training in first aid and are all pediatric CPR certified.
We have regular development training, safety checks and monthly fire drills built into the routines of the nursery. We have a nut-free, chocolate free, grapes free, tomato free and popcorn free policy. Children are encouraged to be independent and are trained at an early age to wash their hands regularly during the day, especially before eating or after visiting the toilet.
We follow the COVID-19 guidelines as per the directive from the Ministry of Public Health and notify parents of any changes.
Our resources are cleaned/sterilised daily.
